look at the size of those rotors too must be the extra leverage needed to stop. Those (Earls) front ends work well for sidecars BMW did it for years. I have a stock Earls front end on my 64 BMW R50. No clamp on shock mounts though and that doesn't look great to me. The reason is steering geometry. Even Vincent has 2 positions in it's stock front end for side car mounting. The Earls I have has 2 positions too one for solo and one for sidecar.
