Question though. It says 1600cc. But the original engines that make up these V8 were 900cc. When i went to school, 900 + 900 did not make 1600.

At the risk of "over analyizing" this I suspect the displacement was lowered when all of the piston rods were connected to the new crank and the stroke length changed.
