The diode pack AND the start relay I'd say, since it tried to start without you pressing the button. The manual states that you shouldn't use high pressure hoses to clean these bikes so I'd avoid that in future too. Just a bucket, sponge, and a garden hose from the top down unless you KNOW where you're spraying it.
