Thanks for all the advice. Have to admit to being a woose and haven't clicked since. If a 6ft1in 20 stone bloke having trouble then don't feel quite so bad. Did wonder if it had something to do with it been hot when filling up but have the same problem when cold. Will check the paint though. Sounds like it will improve though, just have to keep on riding,'oh bother'! Has three guys tried to undo it at the petrol station and couldn't move it I didn't feel to bad.
