Left pipe as you sit on the bike? Just for sh!ts and giggles, take a look at your speedo cable... is there a mildly scorched spot on it?
Other wise as was already said, get the AI removal kit...decide if your keeping the stock silencers or going with an aftermarket set and then everyone here will be MORE than helpful with you in assisting you with getting the carbs dialed in or ya can take it back to the dealer for tweeking.
Uh for what it's worth I don't care for blued pipes either... well I take that back. If they are unshielded headers then let 'em look like a peacock and ride it with pride. But as far as I'm concerned if you are dealing with a shiny shielded pipe... as in shielded so it WON'T turn blue then blue ain't no good.
