Hi Paul, I live in Telford but I work in the "toon" - Glad to see you are waging your own personal war against the absolute comparative hordes of Harleys up here Welcome, and if I ever find a way of getting my America up here we can go for a blast ( I know I could ride it, but I'm still running it in, and I have way too much stuff to ship forwards and backwards each week). Seriously considering getting up here during the week so I can use it all week. I'm getting terrible withdrawal! Cheers, JC

I am getting worried . . . am I racking too many miles too soon?
I have just topped the 2000 mile marker and have only had the bike two months.
The thing is I can't keep off the thing and I did buy it too ride and not sit in a garage.
Am I a bad man?

nope I am good for about 7,000 miles a summer give or take. Nothing like it they are a pleasure to ride! I hate winter even more now.

Do you stay in Newcastle or outside? I am actually in North Shields.
I had noticed that there are a lot of Harleys around here but just thought I was being paranoid. Still they all seem to nod and acknowledge me so thats ok. 
Let me know when you bring your bike north and we could meet up or if you just fancy a pint that would good as well.

No of course you aren't. I've done 2000 miles in 2 months, but then the weather got shite and so it's been to and from work and not much else recently. Now it's sunny and I'm at work every day

I stay just outside by Silverlink.
A pint sounds good at some point, will definately work on getting the bike up though. Would love to go for a ride up here.
