That is very interesting. I have seen the test results for Amsoil, Mobil 1 and Purolator PureOne filters and per the ASTM test results the Amsoil filter performed the best in every category. The Mobil 1 filter was a very close second. The PureOne filter came in a distant 3rd. These tests were performed over a year ago and things could have changed since then.

My recommendation is use the filter you feel the most comfortable using.
