I used bolts with a head that fit the axle holes on the front with pipe wrenches on the bolts but I have now taken longer bolts and heated the and bent them making axle tools. The large sockets for the rear axle are readily available any where that sells good tools Sears , Snap On , Cornwell , S&K, and even some no nameers like Homier or Cummins mobile tool people. Harbor Freight would be another might even check maybe K Mart or Wal Mart they carry tools but not sure exactly what. K Mart even has a lifetime warrenty now. I picked up a 3/8 flex head ratchet from them in a moment of need and still use it. It's pretty tough and on the couple times I did break it they gave me a new one no hassle. Part of how I earn a living is dismantling cars so I use them hard.

I learned all I need to know about life by killing smart people and eating their brains.
