Thanks for the wishes Soren. The prospect of packing up and moving again isn't thrilling, although we shouldn't have to sift through so much accumulated junk since we just finished doing this 8 months ago, BUT, if all goes well, I plan on this being THE last move!! How do I know it'll be the last, the wife told me so

(and once I buy a house, I plan on staying there!) Plus, IF it goes well, and we move out there, it means more summer riding for ME! When we lived in South Carolina, I would ship the family up to the Grandparents in CT for July, so that they could get their fill of each other, and I would have the house to myself (and the cats) for that month, SO, I would make my yearly ride to see my brother. Now that we live here in CT I don't really have a reason to send the family away (since her family is 80 miles away), and my job just won't give me enough time away to do the ride, plus it's a lot further from CT!) Now all that will be back as it was before. It's about 1800 miles round trip (I also visit an old friend in Champaign IL), which is pretty much the same as from SC, so that works out great!

actually, I'm going through all of this for the bike. It seems to run just a smidge lean at idle and low throttle since I've opened up the airbox, and, well, it's just a real pain to get to those pilot jets, so I figure it's just easier to move the bike up to 6000 feet elevation and that should be just about right!! Yep, that's the ticket...

And sorry Ma'am, I'll try to contain the glee a bit more....

Well, heck, if you are doing it for the bike, you are doing it for all the right reasons
