Really tall ape hangers are very comfortable for long rides once you get used to them. Unfortunately, they are illegal in a lot of states unless you pull them back to meet max height requirements. Some want them no higher that the shoulders or pits, some set a max height above the seat. Guess they don't like the idea of people riding 10 - 12 hours a day and still having energy for a wild party.
