The floor board kit made a huge difference for long cruising comfort for me. However, I did find that the angle was too horizontal and extended my ankle too much. The angle of the support bars that run across the front of the frame can be changed by bushing the upper or lower bolts. I used some rubber bushings (packing for faucets from a hardware store) and placed them under the two lower bolts. This angled the floor boards back quite nicely. You will have to adjust the shift lever linkage after this. The rear brake is part of the braket and will change with your modification.

The toe/heal shifter does suck, but I'm quite comfortable with the regular toe shifter.
