Had a chance to go for a 150 mile ride on Sunday with Brett and Bucky.
The SS mufflers cleared up the low end stumble I had learned to live with and the overall performace was surprising. Especially the response in fifth gear cruising speed.
I always had to drop it down a gear to accellerate on the slab or when I was pulling a hill while in fifth gear. I have noticed since the addition of the SS mufflers I no longer have to do either the bike just responds with a crack of the throttle.
I have no idea how much, but they must have added additional hp and I did receive a lot of looks at lights and while cruising they sound truely awesome.
I can not wait for NH rally and the Dyno day I really do not think the bike could run any better with my current setup.
155's, 45's, freak, TBS needles no shims and SS (long), 18 tooth primary, NKG Irduim plugs (perfert tan) and I run 91 octane fuel.
