Just a quick update ...
Route to date:
Athens -> Patras
Ferry Patras -> Bari
Bari -> Sorrento
Sorrento Ferry -> Capri
Capri Ferry -> Naples -> Pompei
Pompei -> Naples
Naples -> Rome.
I added both Capri (no I'm not the jet-setting type) and Pompei to the original route as the opportunity was too good to pass up.
We are off to Florence tomorrow ...
Currently sitting at a cafe (with laptop and wireless internet gadgetry) at the Tiber river on the Vatican City side.
Any messages for the Pope while I'm still here (just kidding ... let's not make this a religious thread).
