Click on My Home
Click 'Edit' to the right of 'Personal information, email....'
Scroll down and click the radio button on next to 'Use a stock avatar'
Click 'Change'
Use << & >> to navigate to the appropriate image
Click on it (it must then appear in the upper left)
Click 'Use this avatar'
Scroll down and click on 'Submit'
Done!
