Hi all. I haven't posted for a while. Haven't had much to say I s'pose. But I just got back from a ride up to Dungog (Up in the hills). Some great quiet country roads. But best of all I wasn't really going anywhere. I wasn't riding to work or to the shops or anywhere else in particular. I was just riding for the sake of riding. It was SENSATIONAL!!!! I haven't had much time off from work for a while and to just get out and ride reminded me of why I ride. Have to admitt that it was a bit chilly but that just added to the ride. Catch you all again next time.

Sounds awesome!
It's been tough for me lately to just go and ride. It seems like lately that I need a destination or a goal. It's tough to get over sometimes. I am glad that you were able to just get out and ride, just to ride.

Bachman Turner Overdrive has a song that goes " ride ride ride won't you let it ride " , good song for the Ipod inside the Shoei . Like the Nike slogan - Just Ride .
