Yup. There are 2 trigger tabs on the alternator rotor, 1 for each cylinder. Both coils are fired as each one goes by the sensor, which is why the 360 degree engine with a single tab can rev much faster when the rev limit is changed.
They don't say anything bout it in the manual, but I suspect it would be a good idea to check the gap at both tabs. If there is a serious difference, it would probably be a good thing to shave down the highest tab to match the lowest one.
