That sounds like a lot of fun, but i don't think i can make it. I hope you'll keep doing them though...maybe then.
BTW: if any of you guys go to Hot Springs, check out McLard's BBQ (that's right McLARD!)....some of the very best i've ever had. It's nationally known to be good. He's a cousin to Billy Bob Thornton as i found out when Billy Bob mentioned McLard's on the Tonight Show.
