If poverty is the reason for these ills then why were none of them as common during the depression as they are today? Most of them are a result of a poverty of morals, decency and faith. Moral and spiritual poverty causes economic poverty, not the other way around.
Uhrahhh.....aint that the undeniable truth. Too many people becoming dependent upon someone to take care of them and then it becomes endemic and passes into the bloodstream of entire families.
