Yes, those are the turn signals on the mirror stems. They are LED light strips. I bought them from
Custom Dynamics. They are just as bright (maybe a little bit more) than the stock turn signals. I bought four of the 20 LED strips (item # 4014-20). So, I have two on each stem (one pointing forward and one to the side).
They come with double sided tape, so I was able to just stick them on. I also picked up some connectors from an electricl shop, so I could just plug them into the stock connectors for the turn signals (I hate slicing and dicing incase I ever want to easily go back to stock).
It is kinda funny, because even in person, I have had a couple people ask where the turn signals are. But when you use them, you definitley know where they are. Just kind of invisible until you use them.
