It may be Mexican style food, but if it's prepared in America, under American standards, and consumed in America, it's American food.

Now, to validate your opinion that that an American made Toyota is still a Japanese car, you could point out that the profits go to Japan. Good.
Still has Americans building them for a decent wage/benefit package and contributing to the American economy.
Better than paying some incompetent yoyo 32 Mil per year to outsource and complain that the American workers make too much money.
