Apparently she is a single Mum, with a boyfriend. Rides a sportster though. I was very impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. I am definitely going back! You always feel a bit funny having someone else touch your bike but this shop has a confidence about them, which is a pleasant surprise.
I once picked up a bike after a service that failed to stop at the corner!!!! Never went there again
