I went with the KA6236 and throttle boss. It installed easy and works great. I rode about an hour and a half Sunday with none of the old numbness. I have one miner problem. The throttle boss is a tad high when adjusted counter-clockwise to the end of the slots. If I take it off and rotate the slots counter-clockwise by one screw position, it is a tad low when adjusted clockwise to the end of the slots. I can adjust the cables some at the carburetor end to rotate the throttle grip. When I installed the left grip, I went to some effort to position it to exactly match the position of the throttle grip at idle position. If I do the cable adjustment to get the throttle boss positioned right, the positions of the left and right grips will be slightly off. Picky, picky. I guess the lesson learned is to get the throttle grip adjusted to where you want it before setting the left grip with glue.
