my poor little speedy while doin the 10000k service,the mechanic noticed he was doin 80k's down their drive way at the shop in first gear lol
a call to Triumph Australia solved the problem a new speedo under warranty:-( shame they didnt give me 1 in MPH tho

The US ones have both numbers on the dial. I'm thinking that the Canadian ones may have the same dial but the KM odometer, that would do the job for you.

while on 81 heading to GA fully loaded down...and having had about enough of the truck buffetting (pounding) I was taking...to get aroung a small convoy of 4 semi's...I cracked the throttle...102 MPH on my gps somewhere over 110 on my speedo (really wasn't studying it at that speed while passing 4 big rigs) and once I broke the "bow wake" of the first one in line...she felt like she still had more to give...but I wasn't looking for any speed records...just to get myself and my ridding partners past the sea of trucks...

as you see below I am very silghtly modified and the gearing is'nt dead stock...but they are minor changes...and the sissybar bag I have, was modled after the base stones for the pyramid's and will hold almost as much...

my speeedo happens to be very very accurate and i've hit 115 on the dc beltway and she felt like she had more to give but i was a little too white knuckled to push her.

i noticed the link wojo put up for the ebay speedo i did notice it was both mph&kph
might have to look at changing the face in the speedo
mind you i'm not to concerned about the reading of the odometer
