The ultimate throttle lock has got to be the
BrakeAway one (also sold buy cruisercustomizing btw). Unlike most of them it looks great and is the only one that can be "turned off" by using the front brakes. It's also the most expensive.
There's also electronic cruise controls for bikes, and some people have modified car ones to suit.
