I have zero tolerance for bad service.
After my Saddlemen bags started cracking badly, I sent them TWO emails which have not been responded to. Needless to say, they will not get any more business from me.
Generally, a local MC shop is your best bet. At least you're dealing with a local guy that has it in his interest to treat you fairly.
