If you are working on concrete, then that's not too bad, the kerosene will release the oil and the kitty litter will just pull it up and absorb it. If the surface is tarmac, trying this will just reduce the surface to 1/2" agg plus dust 'cause the solvent will pull up the bitumen too, not so good! Even if its concrete, its going to leave a stain, but if its tarmac/ashfelt, this trick will leave a hole.
