Rod, I LIKE the "secret handshake" thing!!! AND, I like that "spy-like" initial verbal interplay suggestion of yours which would utilize those familar little code-words such as "when"/"Triumph"/"making"/"again", that we often hear asked of us, AND your proposed response of "traveled"/"different"/"Galaxy" as a verbal confirmation of being in this elite brotherhood is, well, INGENIOUS, to say the least!
However, regarding this "vote thing".....
I guess you haven't heard that this is NOW a "benevolent dictatorship" around here, and thus this form of parlimentary procedure appears to go against ALL the present AUPs at BA.com.
