I got some via J&P Cycles 3 or so years ago ($29.99). They look similar to what Brent's carrying. Only style difference might be my stock cables were on the "snug" side for a year, before I bought 4"-5" longer SS cables from Bellacorse. I also had to file a bit off the inside of the brake reservoir to get the R hand controls to line up correctly.

Given the hassle, I'd go newspeedmaster. It's a relatively easy swap, even for the mechanically disinclined. Be sure to keep the brake reservoir elevated.

Far as the bars go, I like them. Phil has buckhorns also.
