Whos got em. I like the look of the saddleman but don't want to have to reenforce. Pics with sissy bar would be helpful. Thanks

I'd love to see more pics as well. I also am curious about leg room for rear passenger with standard foot peg position. My wife likes the foot position the way it is. I would hate to pay that much and find it messes up the passenger ride. I do like the design concept.

Thanks for the pics Sandman. Those things look really large. They look like they hold a lot of stuff. What kind of cover is that in the seat.

I really gotta follow up my replies more often... The bags're great - about the same volume as the jumbo drifters. The seat cover's a generic sheepskin cruiser seat pad from www.sheepyhollow.com (and you can even see my bike on their front page!). The trailer hitch? Well down under we usually call it a tow bar and I use it to tow my trailer of course! I don't have a car so anything from shopping to camping to diving requires the trailer. You can get them from www.classicind.com.au

Here's a couple more pics of my K-Drive Bags. As for the rear foot pegs, I have mine mounted in the upper bracket bolt hole, my passenger is normally my 7 year old son and the upper position is perfect for his short legs.

So was any modification needed with the backrest? I know easybrackets for those bikes with backrest require longer bolts. Is this an issue with the K-Drives or was it accounted for?

The K-Drive kits for our bikes are actually HD Dynaglide brackets, with some extra bolts and 4 small metal sleeves. The sleeves are in two sizes - short for use with a backrest, or long for use without it. A solution with elegant simplicity.
I had to modify the sleeves for use with the trailer hitch, but since I'm probably the only person on this site who has one, noone else need make any changes. They just bolt on and work flawlessly.
