Ok I figured out the thread... Looks like another (drumroll) M10X1.25 which is REALLY close to 3/8 fine thread.
I remember someone discussing using different, shorter posts or spacers and bolts on the rear signals before, that's basically what I am trying to do here. So has anyone else figure out just what the threads into those rear signal housings are?
