The printed stats in the brochures are break horse power- not rear wheel horse power.

Your dyno shows you lean until 5500 rpm then lean on top again.

My suggestion would be to move up one step in the mains (the 134's should be okay, move up to a 45 pilot, and put one shim under the needles (or put in TBS needles). Re-adjust your air mix screws. Balance the carbs.
