Most bike shops carry packing. I pulled the end piece out last(baffle cap) just to have a look. It was a bit snug and so didn't want to get into anything time consuming, so put it back. I presume once that piece comes out the rest of the baffle comes out easily. I wasn't sure if the muffler mounting screws would interfere with me pulling the baffle out or not. I had sealed the mounting with RTV and didn't want to remove the muffler so I was doing this while the thing was still on the bike.
