From what I've read about that new Prime Minister over there on that little island o' yours, it appears that this Gordon Brown fella is a dour sort, BUT seems pretty bright.
That makes TWO pretty bright dudes in a row for you guys, right?!
And so I have to ask...How can we Yanks get in on some of that there action like that, OVER HERE???!!!
