I have had a warped rotor for a year. But my dealer has an answering machine that they apparently never check. I called them twice last year with no calls back and once this spring with the same result.
So I picked a day last month to "drop by"
and I stood at the service desk and stared at the shop foreman until my bike had been "looked at".
They said they would check into the warranty but couldn't make any promises since my warranty was up and "I hadn't let them know about it before hand".
So here I am a month later and I'm planning to "drop in" there on friday since I haven't heard back yet.
