No, I'm too cheap! I bought a set of used Honda Magna brackets from a fellow BA.com member. I hard-mounted the bags to the bracket using come cable clamps and stainless fasteners/fender washers from Lowes. Two up top, using the Saddleman grommets. One below with a hole I drilled. Fender washer on each side and stainless nylon lock nut inside. Works great. Hope the pix make sense, they were taken before I added the larger fender washers on each side of the bag.
