Bags...yes the Triumph Panniers are really that small.

Bags simular to the ones Matt mentions above are available from Custom Cruisers are the price you pay...no hidden customs to pay on arrival... I'm not anything to do with them, but have serious objections to paying Customs on stuff I haven't even seen...

The bag on the rack thing. I have one from here at Jafrum and even after paying the highwayman (read Customs) it was a bargain. They don't do the one I have anymore, but I used that every day for work and used to hammer it beyond what it was designed for. They also do throw over panniers but I have no experience of what they are like. You'd also need to get a set of rails if you got some.
