Dwight left this advice on another thread, and since he's in Joisy this weekend (I think) he may not see this, so I'll pass it on.

These are the stretches my chiropractor taught me to do after my lower back "went out" the first time, right after I turned 50, five years ago. And I say the "first time" because I often fail to follow his advice, unfortunately.





I haven't tried it myself, but I regularly train with weights so don't really have any problems there.
