That sounds OK to me!
I'd say pretty much every speedo on the road is a little out - some more than others
I guess it's a manufacturer conspiracy to make you think you're going quicker than you really are.
There is also the obvious thing that to consitantly manufacture accurate speedos is probably not viable.
