As Pete indicated, there are plenty of ways to do that.
Belacorse sells a brace for that purpose.
Other folks have fabbed their own brace.
Notice Pete didn't retain the factory faux air cleaners.
That's one of the reasons some use the freak kit - to facilitate retention of same.
