Sorry, A bit of a hijack,
But,I switch my Headlight Modulator 'on' when I feel like someone doesn't see me. Sometimes I leave it on all the time in busy & crazy traffic. Everyone really hates it but me... I have had on-coming cars flash their bright lights at me in the daytime. But I don't care if it irritates them if I'm being seen.
