(if that's the case, I guess it's a good thing for my "Governator" here in California that he never got stopped by a cop up there in Washington State while riding around on that gawdawful chromed-tank monstrosity he calls a motorcycle that I've seen him pull up on at the Rock Store a few times down here, BACK BEFORE he finally got around to getting his class-M1[as in motorcycle] license, then huh?!)
