Mike, I completely understand your outrage with the "owner" of this poor animal.

(truth be known, I'd like to be right in line for my shot with that Remington at that "owner's" behind too)

But unfortunately (and, regarding my "California connection")..the old game show host, Bob Barker, and his sage advice to "Please have your pet spayed or neutered." will apparently always fall upon the deaf ears of those men(especially) who seem to somehow correlate their "manhood" with their dogs.

These people will never "get it", I'm sorry to say.

When I see a situation like this, I often wonder what the children of these "owners" have to put up with also.
