John I have to agree with you. It is too bad. But with some dogs its just not safe to have them around. On another forum I hang out on, I got flamed hard for suggesting the same thing. On a dog who had bitten someone and the owner was worried about. I'm sorry but there has to be a limit to the amount of rescuing and compassion that incorrigible dogs get.
