Winter turned on a beautiful weekend so I managed to get in another couple of hundred kms...

Before this upgrade I never went over 5k rpm, I've found my riding style has changed now cause I just luv being on the gas! accelerating up thru the gears with a carful eye on the taco ( embarrasing to hit limiter) clickin into 4th at around 140kph, and it's time to button off...

For every day riding (cruising) I'm positive it's stronger up thru the midrange, very user friendly...

Machine work on the head was, I thought, very expensive, but without it i'm sure the cams wouldn't have released their full potential...
Head skim, 3 angle grind and material added and removed from the ports, stock valves and springs...

I have no idea as to the specs of the cams but they work for me...

I don't know anybody in NZ who has done a B/B so can't comment on that but do know of several happy people who have had cam and headjobs done...
