Hi Johnny, Your pipes are probably about to arrive very shortly.
1. We do NOT fit the badges here in the shop.
2. Yours will NOT have any badges when they arrive.
We deal on average with OVER 300, yes thats correct, over 300 emails per day here so please cut us a a bit of slack for not having found the time to have mentioned that the badges had in fact been (very carefully) removed by me from your new pipes before they were dispatched. We have also been down a couple of staff members recently which has made things a little "busy" to say the least.
Customer service is very important to us here and we try to do the right thing where and when we can, it seems like we`ve just missed out that last part of the detail for you in this case, I hope it hasn`t cause you any undue stress.
Now how about you get those pipes on and go have some fun!
