Gmax, I found the TOR long/loud pipes to be great. There is a seperate part number for the loud version. If I remember it ends in 26. Great Bay Triumph sells em. They are the very last item on the last page of their online accessory catalog.I also got two sets of jets and a different pilot jet. I went with 122.5 jets to start and changed the pilots from 42's to 44's. When I first started up the bike with the new pipes I was not a happy camper. They had a real hollow sound and were not very loud.So I went out and started doing some riding.Air mixture screws were set at 2.5 to start. The first few miles the pipes smelled like paper was burning and I really did not care for the sound. But each time I went out the sound would change a little, getting deeper/louder.After putting about fifty miles on em, they were starting to soung pretty good.Still a little hollow when you first start out, but really nice on the highway.Last night I changed the air mixture screws to three turns, and pretty much decieded to come up one step on the main jets to 125. This morning I had to make a run before the jet change and the pipes are really starting to sound good now, even the start off.So anyway, I let it cool down and this afternoon I rejetted and turned the air mixture screws to 3.5.After the jet change I did the twenty mile shakedown run.The pipes are now sounding great, almost all of the hollow sound is gone and these pipes make a beautiful song going up through the gears. Now they are pretty darn loud, and they need some breakin time, but these maybe what you are looking for.I think I am going to be with these pipes for a long time.
