When I bought the America, I also bought BUB's slip ons. The dealer says, that removing the AI and putting on the BUB's won't require any rejetting. Is this correct?
Any help greatly appreciated.

You do not have to rejet, but if you want peak power from the new pipes you should jet to 130 mains and adjust the pilot screws to get rid of as much decel popping as you can.
A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice.

What exactly does the jetting calculator do? I don't have the BUB's on yet, as they are on backorder and the release date keeps getting pushed back, so I have some time to decide.
Thanks for the help.

That would involve trusting somebody I don't even know. I have trust issues with people I've known for years.
We'll see.

I was mostly joking. There are always trust issues when dealing with downloading .exe files.
I still would like to know what it does, before running it.

The calculator asks for some basic information about your setup (brand of pipes, size pilot jets, needles/shims, type of air filter, altitude, and whether your airbox is stock, modified, or freaked). Once you input your setup, the calculator will recommend a main jet size for you. There's nothing to worry about with it. And, if not spot-on, it's at least a good place for you to start.
