Trivia for sure. I wish I had been the one to have re-jetted the first time. Be the one who held the mains and observed first hand what size they were, but alas, I wasn't. One day maybe someone could throw some light on the pioneering Bonneville America build. Most likely this will be discussed when our kids are our age and the conversations go like , "I remember when they came with 110s, they where called Bonneville Americas they had the tapered silencers, the fugly triple tree,..." Till then I'll have to keep reading articles by Roland Brown to see if this bit of trivia ever gets mentioned when he reminisces about the early days of Triumph's Hinckley parallel twins.
