Moe I would be the last person to not agree with you on Main jet size...but, my 2002 Boneville America, Black/Silver came new with 120/42. It was bought in early Oct of 2001.
The Triumph Service Manual on page 1.16 lists 790 cc America/Speedmaster as 120/42 and the 790 cc Bonneville/T100 as 110/40. As you know I have had a few different bikes and all of the 790 cc Americas/Speedmasters had 120/42. Thats 02, 03 (2), 04, 05, AND 06.
