The point of his comments were that he asked twice about the mains. That should have been resolved by Brent. The customer asked. Its not the suppliers fault, its Brent's. If you order a Chevy with a V-8 and it comes with a 6 you yell at the dealer, you don't tell the person to call the Mexican plant and talk to the line foreman.
Brent sold the pipes and shipped with the jets. Brent should get involved and help this person. Believe it or not, Brent got paid on the deal. He is a business.
